We had a good stay in this pet-friendly hotel. The twin room was newly decorated, it had an electric kettle, central heating, and a TV set. The location was lovely and stunning, adjacent to both the harbour, and the theatre. Again, it was 10 mins drive from an 18th-century tower windmill.

The staff was pretty friendly and welcoming and the place was clean. Fruit juice, toast, and cereal were fab and overall there was a huge variety of food. The location was marvellous and particularly good, minutes from a garden and a harbour.

The hotel was a good home base for enjoying a very quite area, not far from Paignton town centre, the seafront and many good cafes. The breakfast had plenty of options, fruit juice, toast, and cereal.
Shame the bathroom was tiny.

Overall had excellent stay for 3 nights. I had newly remodelled and comfortable modern room complete with lovely biscuits, a bedroom plus coffee. The setting was stunning, just off many good cafes and the seafront, shops, bus and train stations. Moreover, Bournemouth Beach was just a short stroll away from the place.

Enjoyed this place, it was homey. The rooms were family-friendly with sea-view, the staff were amicable. I found the hotel's location perfect and nice, close enough to the marina and beach and shops. Also, I was not too far away from Goodrington Park. I had a very enjoyable stay and would come there again, thanks.

Thank you very much guys for an enjoyable stay for 3 nights. The location is perfect and excellent and it is short walk to Paignton or Goodrington and many good cafes and restaurants as well as the sea. There's cool Amore Coffee Shop a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel, make desserts etc.

The perfect and magnificent location was close to Roundham Head Headland. You could walk to a local store and shops. It was as expected, had a brilliant stay for 3 nights.
